Our access statement will give you brief description of our holiday park. However, if there is any further questions you have please don’t hesitate to ask and will be very happy to help with your individual requirements.

Nancolleth Caravan Park is exclusively a holiday park for private ownership of static caravans as holiday homes, which are purchased from the park with a long term pitch license agreement, due to the long term nature of this purchase we recommend that all interested customers visit the park as part of their research, that our park is right for you and your family.

As a small park we no long offer brochures but have published this information on the web site, with frequently asked question page being a very useful page to answer most questions. If this does not answer you question we are always happy to discuss our facilities and your concerns before visiting.

Our park is in the countryside within easy reach of sandy beaches. We are situated in mid Cornwall and the A30 is 3 miles away.
Nearest villages: St Newlyn East or Quintrell Downs both with convenience store / post office (3 miles).
Nearest town: Newquay (5 miles).

Public Transport

Bus: There is limited service. The nearest bus stop is at Dairy Land Farmworld (1 ¼ miles).
Train: The nearest station is Newquay (5 miles), but this a branch line with limited service, the nearest main line station is Truro (9 miles).
Airport: The nearest airport is Newquay (6 miles).
Taxi: Local taxi operator details are available on the information board.
Reception: The reception is at Nancolleth Farm house, please note this is a small park and there will not always be someone available, to avoid disappointment and to get the most from your visit please contact us ahead of your visit. Access to the reception is via traditional stone steps down to the farm house. General information leaflets for attractions in the local area are available in Launderette.

Launderette

This is a level site with the entrance a single standard door. Washer and dryer are front loading and coin operated. Drying lines are nearby, with new pitches with their own.

Public Areas

The site cuts into gentle sloping ground making three main areas; Cottage Park on a separate level which can be accessed via steps from the lower level, the Laundrette is sited on the lower level. All pitches are accessible by car with adequate parking for two cars next to each pitch. The roads throughout the park and public areas are surfaced with gravel, sympathetic lighting is provided. Children’s play area suitable for children of primary school age the play equipment is a wooden construction with small slide. Recycling and general household refuse bins are provided next to launderette block, and is level site with concrete path.

Mobile phone reception is good, with some network providers of 3G quality.
